At any given time, Dawson Pointe Stables may have a few horses available for ON SITE only leases.  On site means the horse will continue to live at Dawson Pointe. We will try to keep this page as current as possible but do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

​   Looking for to lease a wonderful trail horse?  Harbor is up for consideration due to no fault of his own.  He is 20 years old, no health issues besides manageable arthritis, beautiful, level headed, and a really cool fun ride.  He is best suited for an intermediate to experienced rider with soft legs and hands.  He can get a little excited from time to time but is  wonderful either way.  He rides western and English and is a very sweet boy.  Owner is offering a full lease on Harbor and terms include:  Full board paid at the current fee of $474.75/mo, regular expenses paid (contact owner for details), he is to stay on Dawson Pointe property, he is for leisure and trail riding only, NO extensive work or jumping, and owner may drop in from time to time (pre coordinated of course) for some loving on him or a short ride.  Contact Dawson management for Owners info if interested in Harbor, you will not be disappointed with this boy:)
