Meet our instructor\trainer: My name is Adrienne and I am a professional horse trainer. I have shown since I was a kid and currently show breed circuit for Appaloosa. I offer three services: lessons, training and colt starting.
Lessons: Private only. Looking for people interested in showing breed circuit eventually. All ages welcome for a trial lesson to see if we are good fit. My personal show horse is used in these lessons, so there is limited availability. If enough interest is shown I will get another lesson horse for my program.
Training: I specialize in ranch, but have experience in games (mostly barrels and poles), western pleasure, hunt seat, dressage and show jumping. I will start people for dressage and show jumping but I will refer to a proper trainer when ready. Stock horses are preferred.
Colt Starting: I will put 30-90 days on a young\unbroke horse to get a good handle on it. Every horse learns differently so we take it step by step,
My goal is getting the most out to the time together. Communication is key in maintaining training and I pride myself in keeping owners in the loop to not only how to get your horse to do things, but the why they listen to it as well. When it is our time there is nothing else in my mind but you and your horse.
Please contact me at 586-531-2067 for fees and other such information. I look forward to speaking to you and helping you out with your equine needs!
